To my mother with love (Marcella Krupa)

Our mothers are different. Some like to cook, knit sweaters or grow flowers, other prefer to climb the mountains or dive to the bottom of the oceans, but they all have one thing in common - love for their children. Their love is unconditional, they expect nothing in return and that is what they often get.

We, children, take them for granted, not realizing that we can have many friends, maybe even a couple of partners, but however long our life will be each of us has only one mother.

Once a year we bring her flowers or take her out for lunch, but we often tend to forget to say: "Mom, I love you, thank you for everything."

M E M O R Y

From far away, from yesterday
some days she comes to me
a little girl who liked to play
a little girl I used to be.

And once again comes back to me
my mother's smile, her loving care
and once again she dries my tears
when gently touches my face, my hair.

Precious time, I close my eyes.
I love you, mom, don't go away,
help me to hold for little while
my memories from yesterday.

Vďaka za požehnanie

Mamičke...

Máš v očiach žiaru slnka
a hviezdy, ktorá hasne.
Odchádzam – tvár ti zvlhla
od prečítanej básne.

Svet miazgu z teba vysal
a vráskavou ťa spravil.
V rukách máš starý Misál,
upíjam z tvojej kávy...

Nad starým stromom v diali
sa choré mračno ženie!
Vždy sme ťa milovali
vďaka za rozhrešenie...

Having read this I believed it was extremely enlightening.
I appreciate you finding the time and effort to put this information together.
I once again find myself spending way too much time
both reading and posting comments. But so what, it was
still worthwhile!
